fredrick-waddell (1)Frederick H. Waddell ’79, president and CEO of Northern Trust, will present the keynote address to Kellogg’s 2014 graduating Executive MBA classes during their December convocation ceremony.

Waddell was named president and CEO in 2008 after more than 30 years and numerous leadership positions at Northern Trust. In addition to his position at Northern Trust, Waddell serves as an advisor for numerous organizations. Waddell is a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Chairman of The Commercial Club of Chicago and is on the Board of Trustees of the Art Institute of Chicago, Northwestern University, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Northern Trust is one of the world’s leading asset management, asset servicing, fund administration, fiduciary and banking services firms. This Chicago-based institution has been in business for 124 years and has $6 trillion in assets under custody and $924 billion in assets under management.
