Product manager Westin Hatch ’14 had solid technical skills. He also had leadership experience. But to take his career to the next level, he needed to learn design innovation. Kellogg’s Full-Time MMM Program fit the bill, offering a balanced approach to management and design innovation.

While at Kellogg, Westin also launched start-up Chisel and served as president of the Kellogg Education Technology Incubator (KETI).

Westin wrote about his experience “Becoming a digital innovation leader at Kellogg.”

ABOUT THE MMM PROGRAM

Our dual-degree MMM Program is an immersive and integrative program that gives students a rigorous business education and a solid foundation in design innovation. The program was the first of its kind, and it equips future business leaders to drive the entire innovation lifecycle of a product or service. You will learn how to strike a balance between big-picture approaches and detail-oriented processes. You will be able to see and tackle problems differently, which will position you for a variety of roles that create, develop and deliver innovation.

When you graduate, you will receive an MBA from Kellogg and an MS in Design Innovation from the Segal Design Institute at the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science.
