Tools & frameworks

  • Bias Interruptors — An organization, of which Professor Stephens is a part, which provides tools and frameworks for leaders to change bias within their organizations, teams and selves.
  • SPARQ  — A research “do tank” that offers educational partnership, tools and insights to equip individuals to advance change in diversity, equity and inclusion. Their work focuses on criminal justice, economic mobility, education and health.
